The battle is not yours.  It's the Lord's!

Stop the Blaming and Complaining

In today's world, it is easy to fall into the trap of name-blaming and complaining about what others have or haven't done. However, it is essential to remember that we are called to work together in unity, as emphasized throughout the Bible. God encourages us to walk by faith, not by fighting, and to live according to His Word.

In 1 Corinthians 13:13, we learn that "And now these three remain: faith, hope, and love. But the greatest of these is love." This passage highlights the importance of love as the foundation of our relationships with one another. Instead of pointing fingers and dwelling on the shortcomings of others, we should focus on building each other up in love. This means being supportive, understanding, and willing to collaborate for the greater good.

Moreover, in Romans 12:10, we are instructed to "Be devoted to one another in love. Honor one another above yourselves." This verse reminds us that we all need one another and that our collective strength lies in our ability to support and uplift each other. By choosing to stop the blame game and complaints, we can cultivate a community rooted in love and faith, reflecting God's teachings in our lives. Let us strive to embody these principles, working together to create a more harmonious and loving environment.

Be Filled with the Holy Spirit

I had an experience where I died and came back, and I believe it was God who sent me back with an important message. The message is clear: we need to get saved, sanctified, and filled with the Holy Spirit. This is not just for a select few; it's for all of us who believe in God and His will.

According to the Bible, being filled with the Holy Spirit and speaking in tongues is a gift that God offers to all believers. In Acts 2:4, it says that the disciples were filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak in other tongues as the Spirit gave them utterance. This experience is meant to empower us, guide us, and strengthen our faith.

It's crucial to understand that this gift is available to everyone who accepts Christ. We are called to seek the Holy Spirit, to allow Him to work in our lives, and to share this message of salvation with others. So, I urge you all to open your hearts, seek the Holy Spirit, and embrace the fullness of God’s promises as laid out in the Scriptures.

A Valentine's Day Message

Happy Valentine's Day to all! According to the Bible, love is the greatest of them all. Therefore, spread God's love every day of the year. According to the Word of God, Happy Valentine's to all!

In the Bible, love is repeatedly emphasized as the most important virtue. 1 Corinthians 13:13 states, "And now these three remain: faith, hope and love. But the greatest of these is love." This verse highlights the supreme importance of love in our lives. Love is not just a feeling but an action that reflects God's nature and His commands to us.

Jesus Christ, in His teachings, placed love at the center of His message. In Matthew 22:37-39, He says, "‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.’ This is the first and greatest commandment. And the second is like it: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’" These commandments encapsulate the essence of Christian living, urging us to love God and extend that love to others.

Valentine's Day is a wonderful opportunity to reflect on these teachings and to practice love in our daily lives. It is a reminder that love should not be confined to a single day but should be a continuous effort throughout the year. By spreading God's love, we can make a positive impact on those around us and fulfill the greatest commandment given to us. So, let's embrace this day and every day with love, kindness, and compassion, as guided by the Word of God. Happy Valentine's Day to all!

My Calling

As a messenger of God, I am called to share His word and spread His love to those around me. This divine mission is rooted in the teachings of the Bible, which guide my actions and words. The Bible says in Matthew 28:19-20, “Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you.” This passage underscores the importance of my role in bringing God’s message to the world.

The gift of discernment is a precious blessing that allows me to distinguish between truth and deception, guiding others towards righteousness. In 1 Corinthians 12:10, it is written, “to another miraculous powers, to another prophecy, to another distinguishing between spirits, to another speaking in different kinds of tongues, and to still another the interpretation of tongues.” This gift enables me to recognize the presence of the Holy Spirit and to identify the influences that align with God’s will.

My journey as a messenger for God is one of humility, service, and unwavering faith. By embracing the gift of discernment, I strive to lead others towards a deeper understanding of God’s love and purpose for their lives. Through prayer, study, and the guidance of the Holy Spirit, I am committed to fulfilling this sacred duty and glorifying God in all that I do.

A Soldier in the Army of the Lord

In the journey of faith, believers often see themselves as soldiers in the army of the Lord. This metaphor signifies the commitment, strength, and resilience required to live according to God's word and deliver His messages. The Bible provides numerous examples and teachings that align with this concept, offering guidance and inspiration for those who consider themselves soldiers in God's army.

A Sanctified Soldier

Being a sanctified soldier means being set apart for God's purposes. Romans 12:1-2 encourages believers to offer their bodies as living sacrifices, holy and pleasing to God, which is their true and proper worship. This sanctification process involves dedicating oneself to God's service and striving to live a life that reflects His teachings.

Delivering Messages for God

As soldiers in the army of the Lord, believers are called to deliver God's messages. This duty is supported by the Great Commission in Matthew 28:19-20, where Jesus instructs His disciples to go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them and teaching them to obey everything He has commanded. This mission requires courage, faith, and the guidance of the Holy Spirit.

Perseverance Despite Wounds

Just as soldiers in a physical army may be wounded, spiritual soldiers may face trials and tribulations. James 1:2-4 reminds believers to consider it pure joy when they face trials because the testing of their faith produces perseverance. Despite being wounded, soldiers in the army of the Lord do not give up. They draw strength from God's word and His promises, knowing that He works all things for the good of those who love Him (Romans 8:28).

The Gift of Discernment

Discernment is a crucial gift for soldiers in God's army. 1 Corinthians 12:10 lists the discernment of spirits as one of the spiritual gifts given by the Holy Spirit. This gift allows believers to distinguish between good and evil, truth and deception, enabling them to navigate the spiritual battlefield effectively.

God's Omnipresence and Omniscience

The belief that God is everywhere and knows everything is foundational for soldiers in His army. Psalm 139:7-10 eloquently describes God's omnipresence, stating that there is nowhere believers can go to escape His presence. Similarly, Hebrews 4:13 affirms that nothing in all creation is hidden from God's sight. This assurance provides comfort and confidence to those who serve Him.

Conclusion

In conclusion, being a soldier in the army of the Lord is a profound and demanding calling. It requires sanctification, the delivery of God's messages, perseverance through trials, the gift of discernment, and faith in God's omnipresence and omniscience. As believers embrace this role, they can find strength and encouragement in the Bible, knowing that they serve a God who can do all things but fail. In Jesus' name, so be it.

Protecting Religious Freedom from Interference

Interfering with the ministry, particularly in the context of religious institutions, is often considered against the law because it infringes upon the fundamental right to freedom of religion and the separation of church and state. Laws that protect religious organizations from interference ensure that these institutions can operate independently and without undue influence from external forces. This legal protection is crucial for maintaining the integrity of religious practices and the autonomy of religious communities. By preventing interference, these laws help safeguard the rights of individuals to freely practice their faith and ensure that religious institutions can fulfill their spiritual and community roles without obstruction

Understanding the Gift of Spiritual Discernment

Discernment of the spirit, according to the Bible, refers to the ability to distinguish between spirits that are from God and those that are not. This spiritual gift is highlighted in 1 Corinthians 12:10, where it is listed among other gifts given by the Holy Spirit. Discernment is crucial for Christians to avoid deception and to recognize divine guidance and truth. The Bible encourages believers to “test the spirits to see whether they are from God” (1 John 4:1), emphasizing the importance of spiritual vigilance and wisdom. This discernment helps believers to navigate their spiritual journey, ensuring that they follow the true path laid out by God and avoid false teachings and influences.

Living as an Agent of God’s Will

As an agent for God, I see my role as being a vessel through which His will and love can be expressed in the world. This means living a life that reflects His teachings, spreading kindness, compassion, and truth wherever I go. I strive to be a beacon of light, offering support and guidance to those around me, and helping to bring His message of hope and salvation to those who need it. By embodying the principles of faith, love, and service, I aim to fulfill my divine purpose and make a positive impact in the lives of others, always seeking to honor and glorify God through my actions.
